Love Teaching Kids. I always create a theme for my classes and my kids enjoy all the activities and mindfulness activities that I bring to the class. I teach Yoga Asanas, Mindfulness, Breathing, Eye Exercises, Concentration Activities, Team building activities and much more.
For Adults I teach both beginner and Intermediate Level. I always give more importance to breathing as doing yoga along with breath awareness brings more benefits. I teach different styles like Gentle Yoga, Deep Stretch, Yin Yoga, Slow Flow Vinyasa. You can join me in group classes or in private classes
Yoga is for all age groups. I teach Gentle and Chair Yoga for Seniors. We are healthy as long as our spine and all joints are healthy. Yoga really helps in this regard. Consistent yoga practice along with Breathing and Meditation will help people to enjoy their old age.
In this Workshop you’ll learn yoga poses that are safe during all three trimesters. Will also teach breathing techniques that helps to calm mind and body as this is essential when there are many hormonal changes going on in this phase. I also teach meditation and a technique to bond with baby.
The key to our wellbeing is our own Breath. Quality of our life depends on how we breathe. Just a Long, Slow and Deep Breath will release stress, calms our mind and consistent mindful breathing will even help to improve our immune system. I teach various breathing techniques that are simple yet powerful.
